Zu Beginn untersuchten sie verschiedene Lebensmittel auf ihren Fettgehalt mithilfe der Fettprobe. Dabei werden Lebensmittel auf einen Kaffeefilter gerieben. Wenn ein bleibender Fleck entsteht, ist Fett enthalten. Danach stellten die Kinder mithilfe von Zuckerw\u00fcrfeln dar, wie viel Zucker in Lebensmitteln enthalten ist. Au\u00dferdem lernten die Zweitkl\u00e4ssler die Lebensmittelpyramide kennen.<br>Als sch\u00f6nen Abschluss des Themas veranstalteten alle zweiten Klassen ein gesundes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im Klassenzimmer. Es gab ein gro\u00dfes B\u00fcfett, zu dem jedes Kind etwas beisteuerte. Das B\u00fcfett reichte von zahlreichen Obst- und Gem\u00fcsesorten \u00fcber Vollkornbrot und Eier bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelmus. Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das n\u00e4chste gesunde Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
