{"id":5602,"date":"2024-01-31T05:57:18","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T05:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gsoffenhausen.schule.neu-ulm.de\/?p=5602"},"modified":"2024-01-31T05:57:18","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T05:57:18","slug":"gesunde-pause-teil-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gsoffenhausen.schule.neu-ulm.de\/?p=5602","title":{"rendered":"Gesunde Pause Teil 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>F\u00fcr die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit sowie f\u00fcr eine gesunde k\u00f6rperliche und geistige Entwicklung unserer Kinder sind eine ausgewogene, abwechslungsreiche Ern\u00e4hrung und ausreichend Bewegung ma\u00dfgebend. Aber was ist eigentlich gesund? Diese Frage sollten die Heranwachsenden durch die Entwicklung von Bewusstsein f\u00fcr ihre Ern\u00e4hrung selbst beantworten k\u00f6nnen. Sicherlich geschieht dies in erster Linie in der Familie, aber die Ern\u00e4hrungsbildung in der Grundschule spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle. Deshalb fand unter dem Motto <strong>\u201eGesund und fit \u2013 Gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung macht Spa\u00df\u201c <\/strong>am 30.01.2024 <strong>die Aktion Gesundes Pausenbrot an der Grundschule Offenhausen<\/strong> erstmals statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vorfeld erstellte der Elternbeirat eine Umfrage \u00fcber die wir zahlreiche Lebensmittelspenden der Eltern erhielten. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n an alle Beteiligten und die Spender!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Aktionstag schnitten die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler der zweiten Jahrgangsstufe mit Unterst\u00fctzung einiger Eltern und ihrer Lehrkr\u00e4fte zahlreiches Obst und Gem\u00fcse. Zudem bestrichen sie unz\u00e4hlige Scheiben Brot mit Butter. Sie hatten sehr viel Spa\u00df, wie man unschwer an den Bildern erkennen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon jetzt blicken wir \u2013 mit einem gesunden Gef\u00fchl &#8211; freudig auf die n\u00e4chste Gesunde
